Our Mission
At Knuckle Sandwich, we inspire and empower young minds through robotics, providing an educational experience that nurtures critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. Our goal in participating in the VEX IQ Competition is to develop essential technical and interpersonal skills for STEM success. Representing Tuscaloosa and Northport, we promote excellence, innovation, and teamwork, preparing our team members to be tomorrow’s problem-solvers and innovators. We are committed to making a positive impact in our community and beyond, fostering a lifelong passion for learning and discovery."
Our programs
We offer a variety of engaging and educational programs aimed at fostering a love for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) among young learners.
Our year-round competitive and developmental teams provide hands-on opportunities for elementary and middle school students from Northport and Tuscaloosa to dive deep into the world of robotics.
Each year, we aim to host four teams, with each consisting of 4-8 students, who not only build and program robots but also develop critical thinking and teamwork skills.
Additionally, our summer camps welcome 30 students to immerse themselves in robotics, offering a fun and interactive environment where they can learn and grow.
